Here is March’s Food for Thought Recipe Healthy with a kick! Food that’s good for you doesn’t need to be bland and this month’s recipe is a twist on Taco Tuesday. Enjoy! Turkey Tacos Ingredients: 6 oz. lean ground turkey 3-6 large pieces of Romaine lettuce (for the taco “shell”) ½ Cup pico de gallo 2/3 cup cooked brown rice ¼ avocado ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp cayenne powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 ½ tsp chili powder 1 lime Instructions: 1.
